Job Description:

Phanes Networks B.V. is looking for new support engineers to provide our customers better and quicker customer support. Due to the current shortage of staff on this department, we are able to hire immediately.

The customer support department is the department customers will be in contact with the first when they have questions about their services. To provide our customers the best service, it is important that we reply quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Making sure customers get the best experience when they contact Phanes Cloud via our Support system.
  • Making sure customers are satisfied with the solution to their problem
  • Communicating with customers and solving their (technical) issues via our support system.
  • Focussing on our Customers success
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clear written English communication
  • Skills such as proactiveness and empathy
  • Proven experience in fixing issues regarding websites and linux servers
  • Knowledge in topics:
    • Billing
    • Domain names
    • E-mail
    • Linux Servers
    • DNS
    • cPanel / WHM
    • QEMU / KVM
  • At least 2 years of experience
